The seniors section held their April medal event on Thursday and once again mother nature played a big part. The players battled cooler temperatures, strong winds and light rain throughout the morning. Scoring was tight at the top with the three best scores separated by just a shot each. Nigel Ellis fired a nett 68 to take 1st place. Graham Exton at nett 69 finishes 2nd and Mike Hurman's nett 70 is good enough for 3rd.

Mark Elvins nett 72 ties for 4th but his birdie on the 11th gives him the only 2 of the day.
